How can an organisation stay alive if nobody knows about it? Marketing is possibly the most important thing to keep a business running, as it directly affects its recognition and sales. Stefano Puntoni, Associate Professor of Marketing Management at RSM, explains that even the most brilliant and unique products and services won’t survive without marketing.
