Customer Analytics with Aurelie Lemmens

Our own Dr. Aurélie Lemmens, an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in The Netherlands, and Academic Director of the Expert Practice on Customer Analytics at the Erasmus Center for Data Analytics was recently interviewed by Four and a Half. They are a marketing agency for property managers. 

Dr. Lemmens is an expert on the topic of customer churn and has written peer-reviewed papers on the topic. She appeared on The Property Management Show to discuss what customer analytics means, specifically for a property management company and how her research can help preventing churn.
